KERALA TASTES

 
 
 

Nellikka pacchadi


                                 1 Nellikka (Gooseberry) 10
                                 2 Ginger a small piece
                                 3 Mustard 2 teaspoon
                                 4 Green chillies 3
                                 5 Scrapped coconut
                                 6 Curry leaves
                                 7 Coriander leaves
                                 8 Curd
                                 9 Coconut oil 1 tablespoon
                                 10 Salt
Cut gooseberries after cleaning it. Grind this along with ingredients from 1 to 5. Pour oil in a pan and season with mustard seeds. Add the grounded mixture and bring it to a boil. Later add curd and salt and then curry leaves and coriander leaves.
